From 18th to 20th May 2022, the Chinh Dai family had a trip to Sam Son, Thanh Hoa. With several sports and entertainment events, as well as an exciting gala-night, the holiday in 2022 gave many relaxing and unforgettable moments.
The journey of meaningful experience
On May 18th , almost 500 Chinh Dai Steel employees and their families departed to Sam Son beach (Thanh Hoa) to enjoy the summer vacation of 2022. An annual company “summer vacation & gathering” is one of the company’s activities for all employees as one of appreciation from the company leaderboard to Chinh Dai Steel’s family members.
The vacation was planned to provide a break for people after two years of being afflicted by the COVID-19 pandemic and in preparation for the breakthrough in the last six months of the year.
The Chinh Dai family arrived at Sam Son beach after a more than 3-hour journey. The cool air and friendly welcome here alleviated the tiredness of the scorching summer heat and lengthy journey.
Coincidentally with the spirit of the 31st SEA Games held in Vietnam in May 2022, physical and sporting activities such as tug of war, athletics, football and team building were also organised for the Chinh Dai people. The cheers and applause for the participating teams were the highlight of the Chinh Dai family’s unity.
Chinh Dai members had the opportunity to interact and connect with each other on the second day of the trip through extremely exciting team building activities. Four teams of four different colors solved the tasks together and achieved the absolute scores. It’s a chance for members to get to know each other better, enhance teamwork skills, and promote solidarity in beautiful weather on a long stretch of golden beach. The participants took some memorable photographs at the end of the team-building activities.
Furthermore, Chinh Dai people also spend time exploring some famous amusement parks, traditional markets, and discovering the natural beauty of Hon Trong Mai, etc. The poetic scenery was an inspiration for many ladies to get several fancy photos.
A Gala: Gathering – Bonding – Networking
The Gala Dinner with most board of directors, officers, and workers of the company in attendance was held in a warm atmosphere. During the Gala Dinner, our Chairman, Mr. Dong Van Bot thanked and sent appreciation to all Chinh Dai employees for their contributions and expressed optimism that the entire industry would prosper and achieve breakthroughs in the second half of 2022.
The event took place with exciting musical performances with the song “Chinh Dai Song”, the dance “The Wind Blows the Boat” and dance performance by employees’ children. Next, there are a lot of presents given to employees’ whose birthdays are in May, gifts for kids on Children’s Day, and awards for the winning teams, etc.
At the end of the event, there was a game for children. They had joyful, happy moments and received many meaningful gifts.
The holiday gave each of Chinh Dai’s members beautiful and significant memories, as well as relaxing space through exciting entertainment activities that create bonding for everyone. This summer vacation would definitely give Chinh Dai big family a new spirit for success and teamwork.
